    'Home of the Sun'
    on Bald Eagle Lake
    Repurposed for
    Entertaining

Originally constructed by the Vice-Consul to the Norwegian-Swedish Kingdom, this home was updated to meet the wishes of its homeowners. To accommodate groups from 4 to 50, a large kitchen was designed with a massive bombay-style walnut island, 8 integrated appliances and food/beverage preparation and storage at all levels. Paneled columns maintain the historic appeal and lend continuity between the old and new spaces. The home remains on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
